Hôtel Originals City, Armony Dijon - Chenôve

I had a unique experience regarding 2 different rooms. The room I originally booked must have been a budget room. It looked very drab and outdated, and even the keycard was a mechanical card that was cracked and probably had no replacement. The room would have sufficed for me and I would have rated it as a 7, except that the air conditioner was broken. When I spoke to the front desk, they gave me a portable fan to try out. Unfortunately, it was too humid, so I asked for a different room and they complied. The new room was like a palace compared to the first one. Modern amenities, far more comfortable, digital keycard, and easily rated as a 10. In the end, I was very happy, but stunned to learn that one hotel could provide 2 so very different experiences.

Duplex quad room was a good solution for a quick stop for a family

good parking, been charged for dog but not been advised that i will be, ready prepped food but nice as actual restaurant not there open, but chef has done a good job on ready meals. good breakfast, really appreciative for dog treat and bowl as on request and poo bags. good attention from staff. staff were faultless.

good size quad room for 4 people with modern decor and facilities reception desk 24hours bar and restaurant in hotel easy access to motorway easy access to shops and restaurants large car park (free)

The reactivness of the staff, we had some technical issues with the room but the friendly staff took care of it very fast (one or two drinks at the bar was enough for them to fix it)
